UDOT Maintenance Facility

The project began with the removal of existing structures, including sander racks, paving, and perimeter fencing, to prepare the site for new construction. The completed facility includes four spacious maintenance bays, a dedicated storage area, and a specialized materials laboratory. Administrative and staff amenities consist of private offices, restrooms, a break room, and wash facilities, along with site enhancements such as a sander rack and a dumpster enclosure.
